Amy Coffman Obituary, Death – On Sunday, November 12, 2023, Amy Natalie O’Neal Coffman, 48, of Kirby, passed away. She was James Alton O’Neal, Jr.’s and Quin Johnson’s daughter, born in Texarkana, Texas, on June 4, 1975. Her maternal grandparents, Huey and Edrese Cogburn, and her fraternal grandparents, Alton and Sue O’Neal, both passed away before her.
On January 12, 2001, Amy wed Adam Coffman, the love of her life. She belonged to the Baptist Church of Mount Moriah. Before working on a poultry farm with Adam for the last five years, Amy was an RN for twenty-five years. She cherished lending a hand to others. She played with her pets as if they were her own children. Above all, Amy cherished spending time with her loved ones; she was an amazing wife, daughter, and mother. Everyone who knew and loved Amy will miss her.
Adam Coffman, Kirby, her husband of 22 years, her father and stepmother, Jim and Susan O’Neal of Murfreesboro, her mother and stepfather, Quin and Jack Johnson of Kirby, her two daughters, Hallie Coffman and her fiancé, Scott Weems, and Hannah Coffman and her boyfriend, Josh Butler, her two bonus grandbabies, her two brothers, Chris and Tennille Johnson of Kirby and Nathan and Hayley O’Neal of Hope, her sister, Cindi Johnson of Fort Smith, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, and relatives.
